Y13 TPB2 Mocks Letter + Timetable

Thursday 23rd February

Dear Year 13 student,

Re: Year 13 TPB2 Mock Assessments

The Year 13 TPB2 Mock examinations will be taking taking place from 13th to 17th March 2023. This is a continuation of the January 2023 assessments and only paper 3 is scheduled for this period. Please note down the relevant dates and times and ensure that you are appropriately prepared for each examination.

These mocks are organised and run the same way that public examinations are so strict examination rules apply. Under new exam regulations, watches of any kind are not permitted in the exam room.

DO
· Ensure you are on time for all exams
· Ensure you are in correct uniform for all exams
· Bring two black pens to all exams
· Bring a clear pencil case with correct stationary to all exams including calculators where required
· Bring your school ID to all exams

DO NOT
· Bring a mobile phone to the exam room. *
· Bring any type of watches to the exam room.
· Take any form of notes in to the exam room.
· Bring any food/drink in the exam room with the exception of bottled water (with the label removed).

*ALL mobile phones MUST be handed in to the Examinations team before the start of all exams.

For all examinations, please meet in the Hall. Please enter the Hall via Stepney Way.

AM exams: Please get your AM registration mark and meet in the Main Hall at 8:50am
PM exams: Please meet in the Hall at 1:45pm

Students are expected in lessons as normal when there is not an exam scheduled. All exams are expected to take place in the Great Hall. There may be instances when exams take place in the Sixth Form block. Please check the noticeboard near the Main Reception each morning.

These are your final set of assessments in a formal exam setting so it is essential that you plan, organise, and focus like you would on your public exams.

I wish you the best of luck with all your examinations. I hope you will prepare thoroughly and utilise these assessments as we make our way towards the summer examination series.

Yours sincerely,

Mr A Hoque
Assistant Headteacher
