If you are applying for a place at Stepney All Saints CofE Secondary School , please complete the supplementary form below. Please note that completion of the supplementary is part of the application process for our school. The full application must be made online via the E-admissions website.

The deadline for submission of the supplementary form for September 2025 entry is 31st October 2024.

Please note: The following form should be filled out with your child’s details.

  • Your Application Reference Number issued by the Local Education Authority
  • (Foundation places are for families who are regular worshippers in a recognized Christian Church - see admissions criteria for full details). Written evidence of commitment to your place of worship in the form of a clerical reference is required. This should be submitted by yourself directly to the school in support of the Supplementary Form.

    Stepney All Saints CofE Secondary School is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in effect from May 2018. Successful admissions: This information will be added to the pupil’s file. The retention period is calculated based on the Date of Birth of the pupil + 25 years. The forms are then securely destroyed. The file will follow the pupil if he/she transfers to another school. Unsuccessful admissions: The retention period is until the appeals process is completed. The forms are then securely destroyed. The information will be used internally and will not be passed on to other parties unless authorised. The information submitted on this form will be automatically deleted after 1 year.
