Stepney Words Revisited
In May 1971, students at Sir John Cass and Redcoat School took strike action. This has formed a part of Stepney’s history as the ‘Stepney School Strike’. To celebrate 50 years of the strike, in 2021, some of our students worked with Queen Mary University London, and an article was recently published in the NATE (National Association of Teachers of English) magazine.
