GCSE drama students went to the Old Vic theatre on 12th October to see Eureka Day, and to write up a theatre review on a live production. The play set in Berkeley, California, is about a day school that prides itself on tolerance and togetherness, but when a public health scare erupts we find we are in the age of disagreement. -‘If consensus was easy, everyone would do it.’

Students really enjoyed this comedy, with Danny Rob in Year 11 saying “there is a lot to analyse in this play, particularly the set design.”

I am looking forward to reading some insightful and perceptive Theatre Reviews, evaluating the production values.
