Sixth Form Application Form
Please take some time to view and collate the information required before completing and submitting your application form to apply to Stepney All Saints Sixth Form. Once you have started the form, you will need to complete all of the required information before submitting, you will not be able to re-visit the application once submitted.
We are now accepting applications for the Sixth Form for the 2026/2027 academic year. If you have submitted an application, you will receive a notification from us, outlining the next steps of the process, in due course. The final deadline for applications is 28th February 2026.
