Exciting Opportunity For Aspiring Poets

We have a very exciting opportunity this term for young aspiring poets.

The Foyle Young Poets of the Year Award 2025 is now open for entries and this year's competition is for anyone aged 11-17.

How it works / rules:

It is FREE to enter and you can submit as many poems as you wish.

Poems must be 40 lines or shorter.
Poems can be on any theme.
Entries must be written in English, but you can include phrases in your mother tongue or another language.
All entrants will receive an e-certificate for participating in the Foyle Young Poets of the Year Award.
You may not enter a poem written by more than one author.

The deadline to enter: 31 JULY 2025
