Attendance Officer

We are looking for an Attendance Officer who will be responsible for following up on poor attendance / punctuality, whilst assisting SLT in the Management and Development of attendance and punctuality policies.

The successful candidate will be available to join this secondary school from 12 June 2026, on a full-time, permanent contract and will be working alongside an influential and dedicated team of professionals who truly get the best out of the students.
Personal attributes
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- A good understanding of principles of good student attendance and punctuality
- Ability to plan effective actions for students with poor attendance
- Effective use of ICT to secure good attendance
- Understanding of a range of welfare issues that may be effecting students and their families
Salary & Benefits
£40,404 to £41,637 per year (pro rata)
