Please see below the procedure detailing how students can raise IT issues at Stepney All Saints during this period of online work.
– Requests must be sent to the following email address
– Students must ensure that they provide as much detail as possible, including pictures of the issue if possible e.g. screenshots.
– When asking for a password to be reset, students must add their Full Name, UPN number from their ID badge, form class and USO login details to prove their identities
– A member of the IT department will then make contact  with either a resolution to your issue, a request for more information.
