· Ensure you are in correct uniform for all exams
· Bring two black pens to all exams

· Bring any type of watches to the exam room.
· Take any form of notes in to the exam room.
· Bring any food/drink in the exam room with the exception of bottled water (with the label removed).

*ALL mobile phones MUST be handed in to the Examinations team before the start of all exams.

For all examinations, please meet in the Hall. Please enter the Hall via Stepney Way.

AM exams: Please get your AM registration mark and meet in the Main Hall at 8:50am
PM exams: Please meet in the Hall at 1:45pm

Students are expected in lessons as normal when there is not an exam scheduled. All exams are expected to take place in the Great Hall. There may be instances when exams take place in the Sixth Form block. Please check the noticeboard near the Main Reception each morning.

It is essential that you plan, organise, and focus like you would for your public exams. Please note that the majority of exams will fall during Ramadan so we kindly ask all students to plan and prepare appropriately and ensure you are ready for all examinations.

I wish you the best of luck with all your examinations. I hope you will prepare thoroughly and make this a positive end to the term.

Yours sincerely,

Mr A Hoque
