SLC Learning Mentor KS3/KS4
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Scale 6 (point 18 to 20)
Vacancy Hours: 35 hours per week (term time only)

Stepney All Saints School is a heavily oversubscribed, inner-city Church of England School.  We take pride in our ethos of academic ambition, exceptionally high standards of achievement and behaviour, and tolerance and respect for all.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents/carers and be responsible for checking standards of student uniform, behaviour and personal organisation. The successful candidate will also be joining an established team of behaviour professionals. This team investigate incidents, mentor students and look at overcoming all obstacles to learning.

The application form of the successful candidate will be kept for the duration of employment. In case of resignation/retirement it will be kept for a further 7 years (legal obligation) and then securely destroyed. The successful application form and supporting forms (e.g. bank details etc.) will be sent to LBTH Payroll and EPM (Educational Personnel Management) for processing.

The unsuccessful application forms are kept for 6 months and then they are securely destroyed.
