Re: Further NEU strike action
As you know the NEU has planned further strike action to take place on Thursday 27th April and Tuesday 2nd May on these dates the school will be closed for students in Years 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12.
I am planning to open the school to students in Year 11 and 13. In addition, those students we feel would benefit from additional study support on these days will be invited in.
I recommend that you start to make alternative childcare arrangements for students in all other year groups on Thursday 27th April and Tuesday 2nd May.
I will write to you again with further updates on the provisions for Year 11 & Year 13 students.
